Balancing:
We have
undertaken in-situ dynamic balancing of rotating machinery ranging
from small ventilation fans to 23000 rev/min gas lift compressors.
Once imbalance has been identified, in-situ dynamic balancing is very
cost effective because it negates the removal of the rotor from the
machine and transportation of the rotor to the balancing machine.
If the machine train alignment is correct, a high balance quality
ensures that associated problems such as damaged couplings, bearings
and seals are eliminated and the machine can enjoy a trouble free
lifetime which makes life easier for the maintenance engineer and
significantly reduces costs.
